The WHO Emergency Care System project supported Pokhara Academy of Health Sciences Hospital in implementing international emergency norms and standards. The work improved data accuracy, reporting, and preparedness monitoring across clinical departments.

• Supported implementation of WHO emergency care standards per International Health Regulations.
• Monitored hospital health data, validated records, and ensured accurate HMIS submissions.
• Led systematic follow-ups on patient health status and documented updates for hospital records.
• Organized stakeholder meetings, maintained official records, and coordinated surveillance activities.
• Developed and maintained data collection schedules for paramedics, nurses, and collectors.

The HIV/AIDS Monitoring and Evaluation Program in Syangja District aimed to strengthen data-driven public health interventions. The project enhanced program ,screening for HIV/AIDs , Tuberculosis, and community outreach initiatives.

• Prepared cluster-wise targets and tracked progress with in-reach workers and Save the Children.
• Analyzed program data and shared performance reports with leadership and donors.
• Reviewed monitoring tools, forms, and registers for program data accuracy.

• Organized mobile health camps and supervised timely completion of outreach programs.

ATS Resume Builder – Personal Project

The ATS Resume Builder is a browser-based web application designed to help users create recruiter-ready resumes that are fully compatible with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). The platform allows users to input, preview, and export resumes in DOCX format through a clean, interactive interface.

• Developed a dynamic multi-tab resume builder interface using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for a step-by-step guided workflow.
• Integrated html2pdf.js, docx.js, and html2canvas to enable live PDF and DOCX exports directly from the browser.
• Implemented responsive layouts using CSS Flexbox and Grid for seamless usability across devices.
• Added a live preview section that updates in real time as users fill in form data.
• Used Local Storage APIs for saving progress, allowing users to resume editing without losing data.
• Applied DOM manipulation, event handling, and input validation to improve interactivity and data accuracy.
